"Our initial concern was the complexity automating the healthcare process and did dWISE/ITALENT possess the talent and creative capability, to not only design a complex solution, but could we count on them to have the foresight to make suggestions that would improve the prospect for success. In our own experience we had heard stories over and over about off-shore failures and that when it came time to deliver a complex solution, that would work, the chances were poor that we would be successful. Our solution is very complex with over twenty different actors with each having distinct workflow differences, three external databases and vocabularies, robust security and privilege rights, interoperability with complex specifications and to top it all the solution had to pass the government ONC certification on 39 criteria in just 100 days from project start. We also needed dWISE/ITALENT to clearly understand over 500 pages of certification and testing criteria. Not a day went by that our team did not wake up in anticipation of new and exciting developments and we were always pleasantly surprised. In closing health care is a very complex business with very complex actors and processes. Throughout this project not a single voice was raised and we never heard the words no or we can't.
