An electronics graduate from IIT Kharagpur, with more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Riyad has significant exposure to development related activities in the Telecommunication industry and has worked in the past with world class product organizations like - iFlex, Motorola, Alcatel and Samsung across different geographies in Europe, Korea and India. Prior to co-founding dWise, Riyad was working with Samsung Electronics R&D Center in Bangalore as Vice President, Strategy. He is currently responsible for overall operations and business strategies for dWise.
Joe has close to 20+ years of experience in the IT industry in India. An Electronics Engineer by profession, Joe prior to co-founding dWise has always been an entrepreneur and in the past has successfully built and sold IT companies based out of Bangalore - Cascade Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (bought by NASDAQ listed Aremissoft) and more recently Telesoft India Pvt Ltd. He is currently responsible for all aspects relating to development of Products and Solutions as well as Products Strategies at dWise.
Vinutha has close to 15 years of experience relating to all aspects of the Human Resources function in the IT industry. She has worked in the past with world class product organizations like Samsung Electronics where she was the HR Manager when she left in May 2008 to join dWise. Vinutha has a Post Graduate Diploma from XLRI. She is currently responsible to build and nurture the Services business at dWise.
Philip has close to 18 years of experience in the IT industry in India, where he has worked in the past for startup organizations looking after all aspects relating to Logistics, Finance and Administration. Philip holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings a vast amount of industry and government contacts which is being leveraged for all administrative activities at dWise.
Reena has close to 10 years of industry experience and has worked in the past with organizations like L&T in India. She holds a Bachelors degree in Science from Mount Carmel, Bangalore and is currently responsible for handling all HR related activities at dWise.
